For an applicant to be considered fully trained, they must:
•Be able to accurately identify lice and nits, and tell the difference between eggs and other items commonly found in the hair (protein, hair product, glitter, sand, etc.)
•Have witnessed and be able to complete a treatment from start to finish. Trainees must be comfortable enough with the treatment process to be able to accurately explain the details of treatment and maintenance procedure to a client. The treatment will be evaluated for quality and customer satisfaction.
•Be familiar with the company’s policies and protocol
•Be familiar with the Licenders product line, and remain knowledgable on how each individual product works.
•Must be able to exhibit consistency with the quality of their work.
•Must be able to pass a written exam about the Licenders products and treatment procedures.
